A Helping Hand provides quality, and innovative services to support families seeking assistance with childcare, distance learning support, errand running and other family duties. Our Helpers are prepared to support childcare services with children ages newborn to 17 years old through engaging activities, crafts, and memorable experiences. When a Helper is utilizing their own vehicle, a mileage fee will apply. A Helping Hand has a 3-hour minimum policy for all In-Home Childcare Services. A $10.00 Booking Fee will apply with each accepted Service Request
One Child: $20.00/hour Two Children: $22.00/hour Three Children: $24.00/hour Four Children: $26.00/hour Five Children: $28.00/hour
Holiday Fee: A $25 Holiday Fee may apply to services provided on New Years Day, Valentine's Day/Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Eve and Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day. Services provided on New Year's Eve will incur a $50 Holiday Fee. Holiday Fees will be billed upon acceptance of your service request and must be paid in full, 48 hours prior to your service start date. All Holiday Fees are allotted to our Helpers for their exceptional availability to support services on Holidays.
Cancellation Fee: A Helping Hand has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellation of accepted services within 24-hours of the service being performed, will incur a $39 cancellation fee, that will be charged directly to the client.
A Helping Hand provides a referral service for families in need of short-term or long-term nanny services. Our goal with the Nanny Finder Program is to provide your family with a Nanny who best suits your needs. A Helping Hand locates, screens, and conducts initial interviews with prospective Nannies to refer to your family for a fee. Then, you will establish an Employer-Employee relationship with the Nanny that best suits your family. A non-refundable Application Fee of $200 is charged to commence the Nanny search. We are a turn-key childcare company, which allows the event planner (you) to only be responsible for booking the space for the childcare, and we will take care of the rest.
