A HELPING
HARD HR can provide group babysitters for events such
as weddings, holiday
parties,
special events, and
more. We can
provide childcare up to 200 children. The location must be provided
by the vendor or the group hosting the event. We have a 3 hour minimum
on all events. We require a 30 minute
window before and after the event to allow early drop off’s
and late pick up’s.
A Helping Hand HR’s policy for the ratio of Helper to Child
is dependent upon the ages of the children attending the event. For
ages newborn-23 months, Helper to Child ratio is 1:3. For ages 2
years-17 years, Helper to Child ratio is 1:5. A Helping Hand cannot
manipulate these ratios unless the group is requiring a smaller ratio.
A Helping Hand will provide appropriate activities for each age group
that will be attending the event, including but not limited to games,
coloring books, crayons, arts and crafts, books, and toys. A Helping
Hand also has infant seats, bouncers, walkers, etc.
Each family using the Group Babysitting Service will be required
to fill out a Permission Slip for each child giving A Helping Hand
written permission to provide childcare to their child/children.
This form will include important information about each child and
family necessary to provide excellent service.
A Helping Hand HR does not provide breakfast/lunch/dinner or snacks.
Food and drinks can be administered by the Helpers to each child
if it is provided by the parents and/or the group hosting the event.
GROUP CHILDCARE
QUOTE
The quote for a group babysitting service is $25/hour per Helper.
Ex: Event is 5pm-8pm with 20 children.
3 hours, 4 Helpers= $300
For venues outside our Servicing area, the fee is $35/Hour/Helper
to accommodate travel time and mileage fees.

their event without the worry of the safety and care of their children.
