We
have a fantastic staff of about 30 helpers with extensive experience
in childcare with children of all ages. Our babysitters are available
to your family around your schedule. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
we will provide your family and children with the utmost love,
care, and attention they deserve. We treat your family as if it
were our own. A Helping Hand has a 3 hour minimum on all childcare
services.

BABYSITTING RATES:
To request a babysitter, please go to our homepage where it says "Become
a Part of our Family Today!" This is our Family Feature Sheet,
which once you fill it out, will start your online file. From here,
you can always request a sitter by going to "client login" at
the bottom of our homepage, type in your email address, and post
a babysitting job. Our staff is able to log onto this forum and accept
the babysitting jobs as they come available. The Helper who accepts
your job will then contact you to confirm the service, and then you
are all done!
OVER NIGHT RATES:
There are no hourly charges between 12am-6am. There is an overnight
rate charged to cover these hours. Normal rates resume at 6am.
ON CALL RATES:
We have an on call service designed to help those who themselves
have an “on call job.” Also our on call babysitters can
help in situations where you MAY need a babysitter, or you MAY NOT,
depending on extenuating circumstances out of your control. This
on call service has helped families where the mom went into labor
before her family arrived to town to help with the older siblings.
This service is also beneficial to Doctor’s, nurses, or other
jobs that require their employees to be on call. This service is $25
to set up a helper to be on call. If the person is called in, the
$25 fee still applies, along with the hourly rates.

Holiday rates apply for Valentines Day, Memorial Day Weekend, July
4th Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Day,
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We
have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If the family fails
to cancel a service within 24 hours of the service
being performed, the family is responsible for a 3 hour charge.
